SAFE INDIA – ROAD SAFETY IS A COMMUNITY CONCERN

Shri Chaitanya Techno School, Vatika, Sec-83, Gurugram organised a special event under the flagship of smart living program with the Moto ‘SAFE INDIA – ‘Road Safety is a Community Concern.’

The event was held in the Assembly ground of the school which was decorated beautifully.

ACP Traffic West Gurugram Mr. Jai Singh was the chief guest for the event along with other distinctive guests which included career coach & motivational speaker Navdeep Singh.

The event commenced with the arrival of the honourable chief guest Mr. JAI SINGH and another distinctive guests who were escorted to their designated seats by the council members of the school on the rhythmic beat of the drums doing march past.

The principal of the school Ms Shalu Ahuja welcomed the chief guest and other distinctive guests by presenting a bouquet on their arrival. 

The event began at the auspicious note with the lightning of the lamp by the honourable chief guest Mr Jai Singh (ACP Traffic , West Gurugram) in the gracious presence of distinctive guest Mr. Navdeep Singh and the principal Ms Shalu Ahuja.

The chief guest and the distinctive guests were felicitated on the stage by the principal Ma’am by presenting flowerpots as a token of respect and schools’ initiative of green India. 

The students of the school presented a welcome song in the honour of the chief guest and other distinctive guests. 

The CCA captain briefed the audience about the smart living program that is being run at Sri Chaitanya Schools in order to make the students self disciplined, socially aware and environment saviours.

During the event the students were made aware about the road safety rules by showing a special presentation on the digital projector by the road safety officers of the traffic police. 

Motivational Speaker Mr. Navdeep Singh addressed the students and motivated them to follow and spread awareness about the road safety measures. He made the students and teachers to Pledge about the Safety on Roads.

In his address to the students, honourable chief guest Mr Jai Singh highlighted the importance of following road safety rules to save precious lives. He urged the students to be a responsible citizen and asked them to spread this awareness among their neighbours and relatives as well. 

In her address to the students the principal of the school Ms Shalu Ahuja thanked the chief guest and other distinctive guests for sparing their precious time from their busy schedule and gracing the event. She ensured them that the students will follow the road safety measures and become a responsible citizen. 

It was a wonderful event full of energy enthusiasm and lots of learning which imparted the feeling of responsibility and self-discipline in the students.
